My auto mechanic, Sunshine Auto in Pompano, sold his business and its time for me to look for a new mechanic.
I was going to my old mechanic for 10 years and loved his attention to detail and honesty.
So does anyone have a recommendation? It would be nice if it was closer to home than my last mechanic but I willing to travel for great workmanship and honesty.

John: I used to go to Causeway Auto, right here by the railroad tracks on 17th St. but after he moved I started to go to Don at Master Tech, on 15th St by the railroad tracks. He's very good, and has always kept our cars running, and his bills are reasonable! His phone number is 954-763-3870.

Your neighbor, Art Durrence, owns Laytons Garage - right across the street from Hardy Park on 9th Street. We have been going to him for almost 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been with Pete at South Florida Auto over on 17 NW 1st for almost 15 years and I highly reccommend him.
