Hi All,
I will be joining the ranks of you all that have been dealing with the sewer hook up recently in Croissant Park.
I will be looking for a contractor and need some feed back on the plumbing contractors you are using or have used.
To help me and others, can you put some of the following information if you comment.
1. How many bids did you get?
2. Which Contractor did you pick?
3. Can you say the price range you paid?
4. How difficult was your Hook Up?
5. How was your contractor? Would you recommend?
6. How was the whole process of the hook up? Painful or pleasant?
Your information will help me and your neighbors. Thank you for your help.
God Bless,
John

We had Mr Mislow, 954 584 7260. His is a family business. They handled the whole thing for us, permits, our $1000 to the city. The work of digging the trench, installing the piping, emptying and breaking up the septic tank, together with getting the work inspected by the city was done quickly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption to plants, etc.
I didn't get other quotes, but I've heard he's well in the ballpark. Most of my neighbors have used him. I live on 18th St.

Hi John
I did all myself and have a little over 500 bucks into. I rented a excavator from Rex Rentals for 200 and dug the trench for myself and 3 neighbors who all kicked in 50 bucks. The PVC mostly came from Home Depot except the 6" which they dont carry. That came from WOOL Plumbing. It was pretty easy and several of the plumbing contractors gave me advice on what to do.

Great advice. I will take both into consideration. Louise, you are definitely a handy man. Not sure if I am will to try it. I will talk to you both more at the next meeting.
God bless,
John
Hi all,
I just wanted to add this email I received from someone that had some input on this subject:
"I would reccomend you get three quotes. If you are going to hire some to get it done. I would reccomend William Bradshad and Mr C's and A1 Underground." Croissant Park Neighbor
At least with these comments, I am sure I and hopefully you will find someone to do the work for you.
God Bless,
John
