A friend of mine, who had worked there for 15 + years, as the bell captain is out of work. I would see him in the lobby all the time, now I don't know what happen to him. Maybe he went back to Tortola to work there again.

What Happen to the Yankee Clipper?
As I was driving down A1A the other day, I noticed that the famous Yankee Clipper is totally closed and under renovation. Does any know what it is going to become?

Hi John,
The hotel closed for major renovations and is scheduled to reopen Jan 2010...Not sure if they kept the same staff or not...
