MEMBERSHIP

Gee - did I send in my membership dues to the Association for 2008? Yes, I'm sure I did. Oh wait, that was back in 2004 (sound familiar?). How come nobody came knocking on my door to collect my $20? I like getting the newsletter and this new blog is pretty cool for staying informed without waiting for the newsletter to arrive. And I bet that repairing and painting our entry signs was not cheap. This stuff probably all costs money and the Association IS an all volunteer organization. Maybe I'll send in my dues right now! While I'm at it - maybe I'll ask my next door neighbor if they want to put their membership application in the same envelope and save on stamps. Heck, maybe I'll knock on all the doors on my block and get everyone's dues and put them in that envelope!
Volunteers are the backbone of our community. The beauty of becoming a volunteer is YOU get to decide to do something simply because you want to make a difference. Sending in your dues is important monetary support for your neighborhood - getting your neighbor to join is big - getting your block to join is HUGE. What can you do?
Your memberhsip is important - it's what makes Croissant Park A Nice Place To Live. Let's ALL keep it going - not just a few - strength in numbers!

You can send your check for $20 to the Croissant Park Civic Association - P.O. Box 13117, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
